What's on the boards?
Our charcuterie boards are made to order based on the ingredients available to us. They have a variety of italian meats, quality cheeses, fresh berries, pickled veggies, nuts, dried fruits, bread, crackers, etc. No two boards will ever be exactly the same, but they will always have great items for you to enjoy!
How much advance notice do you need?
We would prefer a weeks notice but we know that is not always possible so we ask for the most notice you can give us, with at least 48 hours if possible so that we can ensure we have all the ingredients needed to make you a quality product.
Why do you charge a deposit?
We put your charcuterie on either a platter from our inventory or a large board made by my husband. Since these all cost us money, we need to be sure they come back to us or we can at least recoup our costs so we charge a refundable deposit of $1000 pesos when we are sending your charcuterie on one of our boards or trays.
What if I just want a small one (for one or two people)
You can order these on the Traitte delivery app, or for you to pick up, and we will make them in "to go" containers.
What are the prices?
We make boards in the following sizes:
Small sizes:
1-10 people $190 per person
Larger boards:
12x26" (serves 10-15) $1800 + deposit
18x36" (serves 20-25) $3600 + deposit
24x36" (serves 30-35) $4800 + deposit
24x48" (serves 50-60) $7500 + deposit
